At UNION KINGDOM, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe reflects your standard of excellence with a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our online Returns Portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
